Greg is a C.P.A. (Certified Public Accountant) and a P.F.S. (Personal Financial Specialist)<\/span> h<\/span>aving operated his own <\/span>practice since<\/span> June 1979.<\/span> He<\/span> has written<\/span> continuing education courses<\/span>,<\/span> been a keynote<\/span> speaker at <\/span>national conferences<\/span>, <\/span>taught many courses as a guest professor<\/span>,<\/span> and has made presentations to over 20,000 Certified Public Accountants and <\/span>Chartered Accountants from the United States and foreign countries. He was also the President and owner of<\/span> a very large <\/span>metal fabrication firm for the teleco<\/span>mmunication industry and an international healthcare software development firm. <\/span><\/span>Greg became a Rotarian in May 1982 and is a member of the Evergreen Rotary Club.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\nH<\/span>e served<\/span> a six<\/span>–<\/span>year term a<\/span>s<\/span> a <\/span>member of<\/span> the Rotary I<\/span>n<\/span>ternational<\/span> Investment Committee and<\/span> a three<\/span>–<\/span>year term<\/span> as a member of the Rota<\/span>ry International <\/span>Finance Committee.<\/span> Greg<\/span> has chaired five Zone Inst<\/span>itutes<\/span> and<\/span> served as a Rotary Internat<\/span>ional Training Leader at the <\/span>Internati<\/span>onal Ass<\/span>embly in San D<\/span>ie<\/span>go<\/span>.<\/span> He has held many<\/span> Regional and District Office<\/span>s.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
During the Rotary year 2014<\/span> \u2013<\/span> 2015, in<\/span> addition to his duties as a Rotary Int<\/span>ernational Director, Greg c<\/span>hair<\/span>ed<\/span> the Rotary <\/span>Audit Committee,<\/span> the Rotary Board Council on<\/span> Le<\/span>gislation Advisory Committee,<\/span> a<\/span>nd<\/span> the Service Ab<\/span>ove<\/span> Self Award <\/span>Se<\/span>lection Committee<\/span>, in addition<\/span> to several other committees.<\/span> Dur<\/span>ing the Rot<\/span>ary year 2015<\/span> \u2013<\/span> 2016, Greg<\/span> serve<\/span>d<\/span> as the <\/span>Vice President of Rotary International and a member of the Executive Committee<\/span>,<\/span> Strategic Planning Committe<\/span>e<\/span>,<\/span> Council <\/span>and Board<\/span> Committee and<\/span> th<\/span>e Workgroup to examine Rotary\u2019s current Internati<\/span>onal Conven<\/span>tion model<\/span>.<\/span> During the Rotary <\/span>year 2016<\/span> \u2013<\/span> 201<\/span>7<\/span> he served as a<\/span> member of the Rotary International<\/span> Election Review Committee,<\/span> the<\/span> Rotary International <\/span>Board Gov<\/span>ernance <\/span>Committee,<\/span> a<\/span>nd the<\/span> Vice Chair<\/span> of the<\/span> Rotary International Operations Review Co<\/span>mmittee. <\/span><\/span>After<\/span> completing a<\/span> 6<\/span>–<\/span>year term on the Rotary Internatio<\/span>nal Operation<\/span>s Review Committee<\/span>, Greg is currently serving a<\/span> 4<\/span>–<\/span>year term as a Trustee of the Rotary Fou<\/span>ndation<\/span>, where he is a member of numerous related committees.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
